Return, Refund & Shipping Policy 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at detailing@adtodd.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery:

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your ‘Shopping Basket’, the appropriate delivery charge will be calculated automatically. You will always be able to see and select this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. The postage cost is calculated by weight using DHL or Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

Packing Time

It can take up to 24 hours for the us to make your parcel and for the courier to collect your parcel from our location so please allow for this in your shipping prediction time. We will be shipping orders Monday to Friday with the exception of Bank Holidays. 

Terms

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses (unless previously arranged). The Website can handle UK Shipping.

ADT Detailing have the right to charge for your parcels even if the website gives free shipping.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK. 

Delivery will be between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

ADT Detailing will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and ADT Detailing shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Postage

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

We currently don’t have free shipping in place. 

Force Majeure

ADT Detailing shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from ADT Detailing then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state, and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts, then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within ten working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order before shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by phoning us on +44 7840 230293

All orders taken can take up to 2 days to be processed, although we endeavour to process your order the same day.
